Fabulous beginners course at Moonbeam, I enjoyed it so much I have started the follow on beginners/intermediate course. Becky is so lovely, talks you through the various poses, breaking them down so that you understand where your positioning should be and where you should be feeling the stretch. I am totally not the bendiest person but I can feel my stretching getting better each week, really recommend to anyone looking to start yoga.

Fantastic first beginners yoga with Becky, I felt quite apprehensive at first with me being new to the area ,but I need not have worried . No sooner had I got there I was immediately put at ease, helped that I seen a familiar face Kate (who I met over the summer) and other ladies who welcomed me and even had a bit of a giggle with!
I’ll definitely be returning and if you haven’t already booked on … I’d recommend doing so quickly as spaces get taken up so fast.

We have loved the baby and me yoga sessions. The sessions are so calming and it doesn’t matter if your baby cries, sleeps, needs a feed or a nappy change, everyone is understanding and you just go with the flow. My son loved the songs and the baby yoga and it was lovely to watch him grow and enjoy it more each session. It was the first class we went to when he was 12 weeks old and we carried on right up until he was 7 months old we loved it so much, thank you Becky!

This class has been a highlight of my mat leave.  Becky is really cheerful and down to earth. She creates a relaxed atmosphere where everyone is honest and supportive of each other. Having that time to breathe and stretch each week is a godsend and being able to do it alongside your baby makes it even better. Trust me, just book it, you will thank yourself!

We have loved attending baby yoga with Becky! It’s been a great bonding experience for us both and my little one went from when she was 12 weeks old and now loves doing her own downward dog pose at home! It’s also been great for me postpartum and has a been a gentle way to reintroduce light exercise following my c-section. Would highly recommend!

I was really really anxious, overwhelmed and to be honest I was struggling with pregnancy and all the emotions and physical challenges that came with it. I had passed the first trimester and was looking for a way to bring calm and relaxation to myself and bump and hopefully gain some insights from other mums/ mums to be along the way. I was scared to book on to the class and what it might involve but after reading the FAQs a million times I booked onto my first class at around 16 weeks.
I am SO glad that I did. 
Classes are so relaxed, friendly, welcoming, encouraging, inclusive and everything that you could want. There is no pressure or expectation on anything- you can do what you want, not do what you don’t feel like and share or not share as much/ little as you want. And you can change what you do/ share each week! There’s never any pressure- just positivity and support from everyone there. There are always options for the poses so nothing is ever too hard and you can just do what you’re comfortable with that week. You don’t need to take anything as all equipment is provided.
I feel so relaxed and positive after class and always look forward to the next. It’s great to hear other peoples experiences and it’s nice to have a judgement free place to ask questions/ express feelings to other women who are able to offer advice or guidance. I have enjoyed learning the different breathing techniques and think they’ll be useful in labour. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I've really enjoyed my yoga sessions with Becky, she's very welcoming and attentive. I started at 25 weeks and I'm now 37 and still going. They really help me relax and connect with the baby. The yoga part of the session isn't too intense, and tailored perfectly to pregnant women.  The relaxation at the end is lovely. I'd definitely recommend these classes.
