I'VE NEVER DONE YOGA BEFORE, CAN I STILL ATTEND A MOONBEAM CLASS?
Yes, all our classes are suitable for beginners. So, whether you've never practiced before or have more experience our classes are suitable.
WHEN CAN I START PREGNANCY YOGA?
Our classes are suitable from 12 weeks. You are welcome to join from then or wait until further into your pregnancy.
WHEN DO I HAVE TO FINISH PREGNANCY YOGA?
Our classes are suitable until baby arrives. All our poses will be adapted for every stage of pregnancy.

I've really enjoyed my yoga sessions with Becky, she's very welcoming and attentive. I started at 25 weeks and I'm now 37 and still going. They really help me relax and connect with the baby. The yoga part of the session isn't too intense, and tailored perfectly to pregnant women. The relaxation at the end is lovely. I'd definitely recommend these classes.
